Erogenous zones
(Source: http://www.sexboosters.info)
Since the body of a woman is one of the most delightful things in a man’s life, it is only natural that men should want to be more curious about what spots must be touched to drive a woman wild with desire. The erogenous zones are areas of the female and male bodies that have heightened sensitivity. Stimulation of these areas usually results in sexual response, although not every individual responds in the same way to the stimulation of all erogenous zones.
10. Inner Thighs
The inside of the thighs are highly sensitive to touching, stroking and licking. Just like the back of the knees, inner thighs also have many nerve endings, therefore when you fondle them, you will turn her on like crazy. Remember not to bite because the area is very sensitive and doing so would only cause her mild pain, which will, in turn, cause you plenty of pain.
9. Behind the Knees
Because of all the nerve endings behind the knees, you’d be surprised at how crazy a woman can become when you gently lick or nibble on the back of her knees. Be careful not to overdo it — the area, after all, is very sensitive and you must be careful not to make the sensation annoying by getting too rough or tickling her too much.
8. Buttocks
Yes, it’s true. Lots of women like it when you play around with their behinds. A lot of women like mild spanking and squeezing of the buttocks. But there’s more… Some women like having their butts licked, sucked and penetrated (with fingers, penis or both). For those who shudder at the thought of sticking their tongues out at Uranus , I’m sure that anal penetration, on the other hand, sounds quite inviting, huh?
7. Nape of the Neck
Just breathing on this part of her body will give her goose bumps all over. So just imagine her reaction when you use your tongue or teeth to get her aroused. Use your hands too; lift her hair up gently as you bring your mouth closer to her neck. Then, as you sink your teeth into it, pull on her hair slightly so as to give that “I want you sooo bad” impression. This part of a woman’s body is also a good place to start giving her that sensual massage you are famous for and no woman can resist.
6.Ears
Many women enjoy having their ears licked, sucked or kissed. Although blowing in her ear is acceptable, it’s not what women enjoy most. Besides the aforementioned things that they like having done to their ears, women like it when you whisper in their ears. Don’t whisper things like, “Can you wash my gym shorts tonight?” Try to be somewhat erotic and give her the shivers up and down her spine instead. What do you say about foot fetish?
5. Feet
Many women enjoy having their feet touched, massaged and some even enjoy having them licked and sucked. Assuming that their feet have been properly cleansed, women enjoy it when their men spend time caressing their soles, toes and ankles. Because these zones can all be ticklish, the sensation of ticklishness can be pleasant for the recipient.
While some men cringe at the thought of wrapping their mouths around a body part that spends most of its day sweating in leather, many guys are actually pretty keen on the idea of giving their women a good toe lashing every now and then.
4. Wrists
This may come as a shock to most guys (women have wrists??!?), but women love having their wrists nuzzled and nibbled by their lovers. The next time you’re getting into the foreplay of things with your woman, begin kissing and caressing her wrists and just check out how impressed and turned on she’ll become!
3. Breasts (Nipples)
As I’m sure is no surprise to anyone, the breasts are very sexually sensitive and gentle fondling, squeezing, caressing, licking and sucking of the nipples can be extremely arousing.
Just as well, many women like it when their guys get a little rough with their little mountains , so find out how she likes it and give it to her the way she wants!
2. Vagina/Clitoris
The clitoris can be stimulated by using the tongue, the finger or, for the multi-talented Joe, both simultaneously. Some women like to guide their lovers as to the specific amount of pressure they enjoy.
For those who don’t get that luxury, it’s usually quite evident whether or not she’s pleased with your performance. If she begins getting squirmy, make sure that it’s because she’s enjoying it and not because you’re giving her that “annoying” feeling.
In the vagina, the G-spot may be a little difficult to locate, but some women find the search quite worthwhile. There is an area inside some women’s vaginas that produces intense sexual feelings when stimulated. Once located, very gentle stimulation gives an incredibly pleasant and unusual sensation.
And the number one female erogenous zone…
1. Lips
Yes, it’s true. If you know how to manipulate her lips just right through kissing, licking, sucking and biting, it is very possible that a kiss will lead to a lot more than that. Use your lips, your tongue and your teeth to play with her top and bottom lip and kiss her with absolute passion.
And there it is, the top 10 spots that will drive her crazy. Remember that all women are different and have their own likes and dislikes. Get to know her body and experiment. There’s so much more to women than just their sexual organs.
Until next time, get out your maps and begin your exploration!

Books to Uplift You
Happy Wednesday!
From time to time, I will share with you Authors and Books that have encouraging messages. Today is the Joyce Meyer Edition.
“Beauty for Ashes” by Joyce Meyer is a riveting book. In this book, Joyce shares her life testimony about the abuse she suffered at the hands of her father, how it affected her interaction with men, and how God led her to healing. The subtitle of “Beauty for Ashes” is “Receiving Emotional Healing” – Joyce provides insight on how to let go of the past and how to heal from the hurts in your life. I recommend this book HIGHLY! Get it and be healed!
A dear friend of mine bought me Joyce’s “Seven Things That Steal Your Joy” for my birthday. Joyce provides “Joy Stealers” and solutions titled “Joy Keepers” to “overcome the obstacles to your happiness” (that is the subtitle of the book). Great book if you are seeking to overcome negative issues you may be facing.
I am SO looking forward to Joyce’s new book, “Reduce Me To Love.” After reading Max Lucado’s “A Love Worth Giving,” the subject of Love has become so intriguing. Max will be featured in a future posting – his books are thought provoking and enlightening. Can’t wait to read Joyce’s take on the subject.
Sidebar: There are four types of love = Agape (Unconditional), Eros (Romantic), Philia (Brother/Sisterhood), and Compassion. May you be blessed with all four!
Joyce Meyer is presenting her 25th Annual Women’s Conference in St. Louis, Missouri September 20-22, 2007. Special Guests include Bishop T.D. Jakes and CeCe Winans. I will definitely be there!
Joyce shares scriptures around the theme “Are You Hurting Emotionally?”
Have a Wonder-Filled Wednesday!
Remembering Yolanda Denise King
The Ladies of Pumps and Gloss were saddened to hear about the passing of Yolanda Denise King. Let us keep her family in our prayers.

From Yahoo! News:
Daughter of Martin Luther King Jr. dies
By ERRIN HAINES, Associated Press Writer
ATLANTA – Yolanda King, the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s eldest child who pursued her father’s dream of racial harmony through drama and motivational speaking, collapsed and died after making a speech. She was 51.
King died late Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif., said Steve Klein, a spokesman for the King Center. The family did not know the cause of death, but relatives think it might have been a heart problem, he said. “She was an actress, author, producer, advocate for peace and nonviolence, who was known and loved for her motivational and inspirational contributions to society,” the King family said in a statement.Former Mayor Andrew Young, a lieutenant of her father’s who has remained close to the family, said Yolanda King had just spoken at an event for the American Heart Association. She was helping the association raise awareness, especially among blacks, about strokes.
Young said she was going to her brother Dexter’s home when she collapsed in the doorway.
Her death came less than a year and a half after her mother, Coretta Scott King, died in January 2006.
Yolanda King, who lived in California, was an actress, ran a production company and appeared in numerous films, including “Ghosts of Mississippi.” She played Rosa Parks in the 1978 miniseries “King.”
“Yolanda was lovely. She wore the mantle of princess, and she wore it with dignity and charm,” said the Rev. Joseph Lowery, one of her father’s close aides in the civil rights movement. He added she was “thoroughly committed to the movement and found her own means of expressing that commitment through drama.”President Bush and first lady Laura Bush said their thoughts were with King’s family, White House press secretary Tony Snow said.“She devoted her life to furthering human rights and peace, and was a seasoned and respected actress who used her talents to champion social change and equal rights,” Snow said. The Rev. Al Sharpton called Yolanda King was a “torch bearer for her parents and a committed activist in her own right.”Yolanda King founded and led Higher Ground Productions, billed as a “gateway for inner peace, unity and global transformation.” On her company’s Web site, she described her mission as encouraging personal growth and positive social change.
The flag at The King Center, where she was a board member, flew at half-staff on Wednesday.
Yolanda Denise King — nicknamed Yoki by the family — was born Nov. 17, 1955, in Montgomery, Ala., where her father was then preaching. Her brother Martin III was born in 1957; brother Dexter in 1961; and sister Bernice in 1963.
She was born just two weeks before Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat on a bus there, leading to the Montgomery bus boycott spearheaded by her father.
She was just 10 weeks old when the King family home was bombed in Jan. 30, 1956, as her father attended a boycott rally. Neither she nor her mother was injured when the device exploded on the front porch.
She was 7 when her father mentioned her and her siblings in his 1963 speech at the March on Washington: “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
She was 12 when her father was assassinated in Memphis, Tenn., in 1968.
Yolanda King was the most visible of the four children during this year’s Martin Luther King Day in January, the first since her mother’s death.
When asked by The Associated Press at that event how she was dealing with the loss of her mother, she responded: “I connected with her spirit so strongly. I am in direct contact with her spirit, and that has given me so much peace and so much strength.”
At her father’s Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, she performed a series of solo skits that told stories including a girl’s first ride on a desegregated bus and a college student’s recollection of the 1963 campaign to desegregate Birmingham, Ala.
She also urged the audience to be a force for peace and love, and to use the King holiday each year to ask tough questions about their own beliefs about prejudice.
“We must keep reaching across the table and, in the tradition of Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King, feed each other,” she said.
Funeral arrangements would be announced later, the family said in a brief statement.

Shopping Serendipity
Today’s title comes from a chapter in the book, Retail Therapy by Amanda Ford. The author quotes Tammy Faye Baker (Mesner) AKA Mrs. Eyelashes AKA you know all the drag queens love her:
I take Him shopping with me.
I say, “Okay, Jesus, help me find a bargain.” – Tammy Faye
So my friend, LH, called me the other day, and told me a great testimony about a recent shopping trip. She knows I enjoy shopping, the thrill of the hunt, and the ecstasy when I find a great deal on something that I need. I always feel that Divine Intervention has occurred. I like to say that the Hand of God is moving over the sales floor. I remember when I used to get all that cute stuff at GAP for church for $4.99. Oh, how I miss those days.
LH told me that she did not have a lot of money to spend on a dress for a Mother’s Day banquet. She prayed and asked God to help her find a nice dress within her price range. (Sidebar: You all know that I believe in the power of prayer.) So she and her friend got to the store at 8:45pm, uhm er a the store closed at 9pm. Fortunately, this store has good customer service. So she tried on a boatload of dresses, with no wow factor. She found THE DRESS, a lovely deep blue gown, but it did not fit will.
She was cool. She felt that maybe this was not the store where she would find her dress. Her friend decided to get a dress for herself, and they proceeded to the register. As they stood at the register, she saw the a similar gown on a rack near the register. She looked at the size, gleefully, she said the dress was in her size. A thank you, Jesus is in order. The original price was less than $200, but she paid less than $12 for the dress. They left the store close to 10pm. Isn’t God totally awesome!!
Good thing LH is prayerful or she she would have purchased these Steve Madden silver platform pumps… cayute!!
God really cares about us, even the mundane things. (Shopping is not mundane though ;D) We need to pray about everything because He will guide us. We have to let go, and Let God do His thing. Check out these videos:
Albertina Walker – founder of the trailblazing gospel group Caravans that spawned Evangelist Shirley Caesar.
DeWayne Woods – Gospel singer, Former Tri-City Singer
Yolanda Adams – Gospel Tour de Force
So pray without ceasing, which does not mean always praying out loud.
Live Triumphantly,
P.S. I will be graduating next month, and I have been praying for a MAC Cosmetics gift card. 8-)

Great word from Bishop Jakes – we can’t let our past hinder us!

Alright now Steve!
Have a Wonderful Weekend!
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY
Okay, this week I will digress on sexual desires and give my picks on what my mother would like for Mother’s Day. The first thing she hinted toward was Coach. So, here are a couple Coach picks.![]()
![]()
My mother is also a shoe fanatic. Here are some of her shoe picks
. That is all I can put at this time. She asked for so much stuff!
My mother and I really have the same taste, which is wonderful when you are looking for something different; yet it is bad when you can’t find your own clothing, shoes etc. and your Mother has jacked your stuff and tells you, “I meant to bring that back.” She is definitely in my corner when I need her. Nothing but love, I tell you. I say to all the Mothers out there Happy Mother’s Day.
Sensual Element
Dear Mama
Every time I hear this song, although my childhood was nothing like Tupac’s, I can’t help but feel such appreciation for my Mother.
I am the only child and thanks to my Father, I am not completely spoiled rotten. My Mom does all that she can for me and she has certainly gone above and beyond the call of duty. I can admit that I am a little spoiled.
With that said, I love to spoil my Mom in return. Not only do I go all out for her birthday, Mother’s Day and Christmas, I find great joy in picking up little things for her throughout the year.
I appreciate my Mom and I work hard at letting her know that. Even if it is simply an e-mail saying “Love You,” I encourage you to make your Mothers feel special. It’s not all about money. The old saying “it is the thought that counts” is so true.
Here’s to all the Mothers out there – Oprah says you have the hardest job in the world and I second that.
And here are pictures of my baby……raising a puppy is a whole ‘nother post all together!

She’s pretty photogenic, huh?
Joyful Radiance
Mix Maven’s Mother’s Day Picks
This Sunday, May 13, is Mother’s Day. You are probably running around town looking for a more than suitable gift for your mother, grandmother, or that special lady in your life that has become a mother figure to you.
Here are some of my favorite gift ideas.
So your mother needs to take more time for herself. Well, you can help achieve this goal by getting her the Origins Totally Ginger Gift set. Also, throw in a gift certificate for the local day spa.
Ginger is said to soothe the stomach, treat inflammation and lowering cholesterol. Ginger is also super good in curry chicken!
My next pick is for the ballers among us i.e. Joyful Radiance and Sensual Element. If your mum likes the finer things in life, give her the Manolo Blahnik Pony Hair Campiby Open-Toe Mary Jane Pump.
This shoe is dyno-mite. This 4-inch pump will leave the men drooling, the ladies jealous, and your daddy happy.
If your mother is very spiritual, she will enjoy the Bouquets of Hope. This book is a collection of stories written by women for women. One story is about a woman who was healed of an illness before her surgery was to take place. This book will give her hope. I would also suggest that you sneak a gift card to the spa or to her favorite store along with this book.
If your mother is a music lover, she will enjoy the music of Rhema Worship and Praise , The Experience. I am stumbled on this album from a MySpace page. I was searching for Londa Larmond - she sings and writes on this album. This gospel choir is based out of Toronto, Canada. Heard the music on Londa’s page and I bought it that day from Apple’s iTunes. This album has been a blessing to me. I love the majority of the songs and I know she will enjoy the songs too.
I am not feeling the “Pop Lockin’” for Jesus stuff, but you know I am old school, even though I am 23. (Why is Joyful Radiance rolling on the floor laughing?)
Sidebar: Tom Brady, my ex,
decided to restructure his deal i.e. gave up some scrilla, so that the New England Patriots could acquire Randy Moss from the Oakland Raiders. Now that is taking one for the team. I know that in a few years he will renegotiate with the Pats, and they better pay him what he is worth because he is going to have a child and baby mama, and that is not going to be a cheap endeavor. He has many a mother’s day presents to purchase in the near future. (Only Mama Maven will understand this!!)
I know you all love your mothers, so continue to treat her with love and the utmost respect. Always keep the stories alive, your children’s children’s children must know of the strengths, joys, and sacrifices of your female ancestors.
Shout Outs:
I want to send a Happy Mother’s Day to Soul Star, all mothers and grandmothers of the Pumps and Gloss contributors, Yummy411 (I know you want a MAC gift card), and a honorable mention to Joyful Radiance. She has got the sweetest dog, of course, I am the godmotha.
Remain Blessed,
Michael Jordan Wear for Women
Hey Hey! I just had to share a great find. With Mother’s Day coming, I wanted to get my Mom some really cool gym shoes. She asked for a blood pressure monitor (BORING!) and I purchased that the other day, but I wanted to get her something that was fun. My Mom is an avid walker – she blazed my husband and I in a 10K walk last summer – so gymshoes are indeed in order.
I remember seeing an episode of Oprah with Michael Jordan well over a year ago – he had ladies modeling his new line for women. Have any of you seen it in the stores? I haven’t and would love to -I liked what I saw that day, so I went to Oprah’s page and saved the following pics from that episode:

Cute, huh?
I did a search at Lady Footlocker and found Jordan items, but nothing that immediatley grabbed me. But how I love this top in my husband’s favorite ice cold colors.
Then I hit Finish Line’s website and I ordered these for my Mom as soon as I saw them and the price:

Jordan Women’s SL-23 @ Finishline.com – On sale for $29.99!
They arrived yesterday and are SO cute, I am secretly hoping Mom won’t like them so I can keep them! But who wouldn’t love a pair of Jordan’s?
