Heart Health Awareness

Hey Glossies,

Today is “National Wear Red Day” to showcase the awareness for Heart health.  Heart disease is the leading killer of women in the United States more than all cancers combined.

For more information about the Go Red For Women campaign and how to combat heart disease, go to American Heart Association and Go Red For Women. Ladies, we must do a better job in taking care of ourselves!

Oh, thanks for the reminder! And to think, I wore my new heart throb shirt yesterday. LOL. Close enough, I suppose…but as someone who has had a heart procedure, I had best bring it. 🙂 I think I will go out tonight in something red to make up for it.

And LADIES, everywhere, I am a supposed picture of health and I still had a major issue with my heart. Take care of your ticker!!!
