Hey Glossies,

Hope the week has been going well.

This week is a special week for us at Pumps and Gloss blog.  On Sunday, February 20, 2011, we celebrated 4 years of Blog Bliss.  It has been fun with a few challenges hear and there.  We have added to our families and launched new projects during this time.  We love what we do and we hope you love it too.

Shout outs to the Original Writers/Contributors – Joyful Radiance and Sensual Element. Their contribution has a boon for Pumps and Gloss!

To my tech guru and tech support guy (Mr. Maven) – I am always threatening to promote him to the Chief Technology Officer.

To the Toddler who will Remain Nameless – Thank for being a cutey patutey and helping Mr. Maven with tech stuff.  LOL

To all my fellow bloggers – who are doing great and wonderful things.  Pumps and Gloss is honored to be in the throng.

Happy New Year Glossies

There are times when life happens and one has to deal with them.  So yeah, I am back.

One of the issues that I had was my beloved MacBook screen was cracked by a toddler, who shall remain nameless.  That act alone set me back a few weeks. I believe I shed a tear or two.

Yes, the horror! Thankfully, Mr. Maven was able to replace the screen!! So a huge shout out to him!! *Woop, Woop* I am ready to roll.

I wish you all a wonderful and prosperous 2010 filled with love and beauty.

My new year’s celebration was pretty lowkey.  We went to church around sunset for a prayer and praise service, which was spirit-filled and blessed.  This left us time to eat and hang out with the family @ Chez P&G.  The TM aka Mr. Touch-A-Lot was in his element and had loads of fun playing and laughing.

I want to thank all of the readers who stop by Pumps and Gloss on a regular basis.  Thank you for the kind comments.  All visits are definitely appreciated and welcomed.  Also a special thank to all the bloggers who show the site love, via blog roll and/or leaving comments.  Thank you *huggles huggles*

For the new year, Pumps and Gloss will be doing more contests, returning to more substantive posts and more fun all around.  There are some surprises up the sleeves…cannot wait to unveil.

Today was the first snowfall and, of course, I was bitter because last week the temps were in the high 60s and low 70s, plus I had an early morning appointment.   So to make my day go better, I decided to use one of my Nouba eye shadows, #61 (will post swatches).  Since, I have been obsessing on pink e/s, I wanted to get back to the purples, which are my favorite e/s colors….but purple is not even my favorite color! *Go figure*
