Pink Pump Love
The temps have increased and I have been day dreaming about Spring and Summer, about which color I will use for my next pedicure. I am excited about wearing open toes and slingbacks. *I know it is early, but I can dream*
Pink is a flattering color for all women. Adds freshness and flare from baby pink to bright, bold fuschia.
Pink by Aerosmith
I stumbled on these Fab Christian Louboutin pump sandals. They remind me of a vanilla cupcake with strawberry frosting *yummy* The pink color softens the shoe. Somehow, I believe that if this sandal was in Black patent leather, I would have thoughts of whips and handcuffs.
Asos’ Satin Pleated Peep-Toe platform shoe is adorable. Losing the bow on the side would allow the Fierceness to shine through. The price is not bad at all <$17.
I love, love this all-leather pump from Lotus. The shoe contains 2 of my favorite elements (metallic and snakeskin). I am not a fan of the T-bar, but I could definitely make it work. The detailing adds a lot of visual interest. I would pair with a navy skirt. The price is > $200.
I just may get the Asos shoe. The price is friendly, but I am curious about the fit.
I will also be rocking the MAC’s Hello Kitty nail polish in Something About Pink. The color is more fuschia than in the picture. Definitely a must have for Pink or Hello Kitty fans.

Pumps And Gloss: Fall Luxury Shoe Picks
The summer will be over before you know it, so it is time for us to focus on Fall fashions.
You know that shoes are loved on this blog (hence the first part of the name)
Joyful Radiance and I always send each other Neiman Marcus links for shoes that we love and adore, yet cannot afford…well, if we want to be homeless and not pay our mortgage, we could get them LOL. Anyhoo, Christian Louboutin is one of our favorite shoe brands. Each season, he comes out with some gems that we drool over.
Here are our Fall 2008 Luxury shoe picks:
The first pick is the Open-Toe Passementerie Pump.
The detail on this sexy pump is exquisite. The word “passementerie” meant lace in early French, but now means designs made from silk cords (braiding) or bead work. I can see the design on a lamp shade and draperies. The red color is very festive. A definite 5 out of 5.
This rouge, pleated satin pump is the hotness!! I would not have to wear these shoes. I would put them on a pedestal and gaze upon them all the day. I would pair with an updated sheath dress in Royal Violet. (So First Lady!!)
What fall trends are you looking forward to?

Spring is Springing
I do not mind cool weather, I just do not like cold weather. I swear that this winter has been the coldest on record. (probably not)
I am totally looking forward to Spring. Spring time is pedicure season, which means SANDALS & PEEP TOE PUMPS!!!
Christian Louboutin always keeps his shoes interesting. I am curious who was the inspiration for this shoe: a silver lace-up slingback. I do not think I would wear this shoe, but I am sure there are plenty of ladies out there that would.
I love green in most shades. These Nine West special occasion slingback in a medium green satin is adorable. The heel is 4.5 inches, therefore you must have beaucoup de confidence! I know Joyful Radiance will love this shoe.
Nine West also has a delightful leather kitten-heeled slingback in mid-tone green. I would pair this shoe with a classic sheath dress.
I want to give an honorable mention to Marc by Marc Jacobs Purple suede peep-toe pumps with silver stones. My friend, Renita, loves purple and would want these shoes badly. I love the classic yet chic look.
I love the shimmer and shine of it all. My favorite of the season:
Stuart Weitzman Luxury Evening Sandal. I have a couple weddings to attend this summer and you might see me rocking these captivating sandals. I do not think these shoes are made for walking, so you may not see me wearing them on the dance floor.
Are you all looking forward to Spring?
